CANCEL POLICY

If for any reason you need to pause/cancel your subscription or cancel your A La Carte order, please contact us with as much notice as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Orders placed during the CURRENT week are for delivery the FOLLOWING Monday/Tuesday/Thursday.

We cannot modify or change part/half of an order once it has been placed.

For Subscription Cancellations: you are able to unsubscribe from your weekly subscription from your account page at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the following week’s orders, you must cancel your subscription before your re-occurring billing cycle time/day. Your re-occurring billing cycle time/day is the first date in which you placed your initial order. Remember, you must manually re-subscribe for the date you’ll return one week in advance.

Additionally, once an order has been placed and it is past our cutoff time of Saturday at 4:00pm, we will be unable to cancel your order. The orders have already processed at that time and a grocery order has been placed. We will do our very best to stop your order depending where the grocery order is in process, but it is not guaranteed.

Any request for cancelling orders is subject to a 5% processing fee.
